Acceuil du propriétaire très sympa et est au petit soin pour ces locataire
Par contre il y a un bruit de moteur toute la nuit c'est déagréable pour dormir

Séjour correct pour quelques nuits !
L’emplacement assez stratégique si on veut visiter d’autres villes que San Remo, spacieux et pratique pour laver le linge. Stationnement pour la voiture.
Peut être revoir le nettoyage des ustensiles de cuisine après chaque occupants, ça évite les mauvaises surprise. Et la chambre qui donne directe sur le parking auto moto de la résidence ça peut être parfois gênant.

Portail: nous avons fait marche arrière pour sortir du parking et le portail n’a pas détecté la voiture qui reculait et a un peu abîmé le côté de notre voiture, il faut donc être très vigilant en manœuvrant et toujours avoir la télécommande pour appuyer rapidement sur le bouton si le portail se referme trop rapidement

Mega Urlaub
Alles war super! Sehr schöne helle Wohnung, mit viel Licht. Die ist perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei Pärchen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber mit Liebe eingerichtet und es gab wirklich alles, was man braucht. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es draußen ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen stand, da kann man zusammen abends sitzen, ein Glas Wein trinken und sehr schöne Aussicht genießen. Das einzige, was man erwähnen muss, ist die Lage. Man muss hier schon am besten ein Auto haben, weil das Haus liegt bisschen außerhalb der Stadt. Man kann schon zu Fuß das Meer erreichen, der Weg ist aber sehr steil. Das hat aber uns gar nicht gestört, weil mit dem Auto bist du in 7-8 Miniten am Strand, große Supermärkte sind dann auch da. Außerdem kann man billiger parken und in die Stadt zu Fuß gehen, sehr schöne Promenade. Der Weg bis zum Meer ist manchmal wirklich eng, aber nach zwei Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran, am besten wenn das Auto entgegen kommt, einfach an der Seite kurz stehen bleiben, viele Motorroller, einfach schön aufpassen;)
Viele haben den engen Parkplatz und den Lärm erwähnt...bei meinem Mann war das kein Problem, wenn aber jemand nicht viel Erfahrung beim Parken hat, kann jemand aus der Familie rausgehen und helfen. Es ist aber trotzdem sehr bequem, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt, direkt vor dem Haus. Und der Lärm hat uns gar nicht gestört, muss man sich damit auch rechnen, dass da die Straße ist. Außerdem sind die Haustiere herzlich willkommen, unser Hund hat sich da sehr wohl gefühlt, war abends mit uns draußen, weil das Haus ist eingezäunt. Weiß nicht, ob jemand bei den Bewertungen das Restaurant direkt neben dem Haus erwähnt hat...Das ist wirklich mega!!! So lecker haben wir und unsere Kinder noch nicht gegessen! Der größte Lob ist für den Besitzer der Wohnung Yunus! Der ist sehr freundlich und mega hilfsbereit! Danke! Wir kommen wieder, sind jetzt in Sanremo verliebt 😍

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, dla rodziny idealne!
Gospodarz jest bardzo miłą i pomocną osobą. Potrafi bardzo dobrze doradzić. Odpowiada natychmiast na kontakt. Mieszkanie jest bardzo funkcjonalne, wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Ma wyjście na taras. Lokalizacja jest świetna. Trochę na uboczu miasta ale dla nas to ogromny plus ze względu na ciszę, brak korków i niewielki ruch pieszy. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe i ładny widok na miasto. Do plaży 8 min samochodem. Obok mieszkania jest restauracja. Jednym słowem 10/10!

Sinceramente tutto. Il proprietario Yunes, che non ho visto da vicino, è stato disponibile 24h su 24h. È un host sempre disponibile ma soprattutto gentile. La casa molto carina con tutto l’occorrente. La posizione è molto buona con auto si raggiunge il centro in soli 8 minuti. Se dovessi ritornare a Sanremo sicuramente ricontatterei Yunes. Ottimo anche il parcheggio privato e gratuito, con la sola pecca dell’entrata che è veramente stretta e scomoda con auto un po più grande, ma non e colpa sua, è già tanto che lui abbia il parcheggio gratuito privato dato che altri lo fanno pagare o non lo hanno proprio. Inoltre, se non si vuole mettere la macchina dentro, ci sono posti liberi fuori su strada. Altro punto a favore è l’accettare i cani senza alcun supplemento e mi ha fatto trovare la ciotola con un giochino Nuovo. Che dire veramente Top! A presto.
Se proprio devo trovare un qualcosa che non va è il letto che ho trovato un pochino scomodo, ma questa è una cosa puramente soggettiva avendo problemi di schiena.
