Familia Reunida Costa Cálida

The location was good, central to everything and close to the beach. The beach (and communal pool) were around 5 minutes walk away. The shower was excellent, the kitchen had most things you would want (but no microwave if this is important) and there was aircon. The property was immaculately clean and well presented. There is a TV (no English channels if this is important), and parking was easy and close by. Lovely fluffy colour coded towels. Super friendly and helpful hosts with excellent communication.

Most people would find the bed comfortable - I have painful joints in my hips (side sleeper) and I found the bed much too hard and sleep was difficult/painful. The neighbour's large and somewhat aggressive dogs barked often, howling most mornings as it became light, which didn't help our sleep. Aircon was needed and was quite noisy compared to others we have had.

La terrasse était le point fort bien sûr le store d’origine a été remplacé par une toile ce qui fait qu’il y avait que la moitié de la table à l’ombre pour manger le midi La Clim fonctionnait très bien heureusement

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas ils ont mis 24-48h pour la réparer ( et oui avec des ados c’est indispensable 😉), pour faire à manger si vous allumez le four ou la plaque toit disjoncté, l’eau de la douche ne s’écoulait pas bien et cerise sur le gâteau le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas On l’a signalé et ils ont fait passer qqun qui a dit qu’en effet l’amperage n’était conforme et qu’il fallait le changer et pour la machine il a relancé un cycle et nous a dit qu’il fallait appeler le fabricant car elle était garantie J’ai signalé ça à la propriétaire qui dit qu’il n’a jamais dit ça que tout fonctionnait et que la machine a été révisé il y a 15 jours ( ce qui est fait car dans les commentaires qqun l’avait déjà signalé) Heureusement que la Clim fonctionne avec ses chaleurs sauf si vous voulez faire à manger il faut l’éteindre Le pire dans tout ça c’est la mauvaise fois de la propriétaire, je pars souvent avec booking et j’ai jamais vu ça D’ailleurs la personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement m’a dit de faire les réclamations sur booking car elle ne voulait pas s’en occuper

El ambiente de condominio y la Terraza, asi como su locacion alejada del Centro de la Ciudad.

El microondas y la Lavadora no funcionaban bien. Deben ser arreglados o reemplazados.

Az apartman mindennel felszerelt, tágas, az óriási körben zárt terasz tusolóval, napozóàgyakkal nagyon tetszett. Az apartmanhoz tartozó két medencefürdèsi lehetősèg szuper, az apartman melletti 23:00- ig volt nyitva, különösen jó. A település kocsival közel van mindenhez, 10-20 perc alatt elérhető minden irànyban bevásárlási, városnèzèsi, esti program lehetőség. A vendéglàtók nagyon kedvesek :0)
