La ubicación, cerca del centro, tiendas, transporte, bares etc...
Cuando llegamos no estaba muy limpio y llamamos para arreglarlo. Luego el propietario fue muy amable y lo limpió en profundidad.

De locatie was goed. Het appartement was op de begane grond. De hogere verdieping waren (studenten ?) woningen. De parkeerplaats achter het huis is fantastisch. De bedden zijn wat mij betreft heel comfortabel.
De prijs was aan de hoge kant. Het kostte wat moeite de sleutel uit de berging te krijgen, ook na een gesprek met de security. Het appartement oogt wat kaal, zeker gegeven de prijs

Alles nötige war da. Küchengeräte, Fernseher, Sogar im Bad Pflege Artikel
Sehr dreckig und abgenutzt. Wände brauchen schon lange neue Anstrich. Dusche schrecklich verkalkt . Küchengeräte zwar alles vorhanden aber nicht sauber. Sofa der Dreck highlight man hat keine lust darauf zu sitzen einfach ekelhaft
