Midden in het centrum van Enschede en toch heb je geen last van geluiden uit de stad. Wij sliepen hier in een zeer hete periode in verband met de afstudeerborrel van onze dochter, en de airco was daarom heel fijn. Parkeergarage vlakbij (16,50 euro = maximale dagtarief) en het appartement ligt ook in omgeving van het treinstation.
Voor ons geen probleem maar hou er rekening mee dat je een wat steile trap op moet naar de badkamer (slaapkamer is beneden) Er is geen bedampje naast het bed

Locatie was top.
Geen wasmachine. Voor 4 personen heel weinig handdoekken. Geen bad mat. Waterkoker vuil van binnen. Spiegel alleen in de badkamer.
