This hotel is a good budget-friendly option, but you need to have the right expectations. It is a standard city hotel rather than a full-scale resort, though it does have its own cozy beach. Consequently, services are minimal, and breakfast is not provided. My room was on the second floor and was generally fine. On the plus side, it featured a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens, efficient air conditioning, and a small balcony. On the downside, the bathroom was very outdated, in poor condition, and required some caution. Nevertheless, hot water was available, so taking a shower was not an issue. The water took a while to drain from the floor, but this is a common problem throughout the property as renovations are moving slowly. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, making everything very accessible. While the beach is small, it is quite pleasant and popular with local expats who pay an entry fee to use it. The location is excellent. Right across the street, you will find a grocery supermarket, a currency exchange ATM, and the lively El Mamsha promenade packed with affordable cafes. The guests were mostly local Egyptians, along with a few European retirees. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it gets quiet in the evenings. Some of the buildings are still under construction. Right now, they are finishing a large new swimming pool and have just replaced all the beach umbrellas, which shows the hotel is gradually improving. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay if you prioritize beach access and do not mind basic, no-frills conditions.

Für die Verhältnisse, des Landes, war die Unterkunft super… 👍🏻 Das Personal ist spitze, man kann eigentlich 24 Stunden lang seine Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen 😎 Der Strandbereich ist vollkommen ausreichend und auch dort wird man gut versorgt. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Essen, war ausreichend und auch gut 👍🏻
