This is a great find and would have had a higher score if WiFi had worked. Having said that the comms with the team was excellent but even that didn't sort out that minor issue. Bed is more comfortable than the sofa. The kitchen is laid out round a supporting wall so accessing the fridge and the lower cupboard shelves does require some flexibility! The bathroom is great with a strong shower and a nice deep bath. Great location for our needs.
If you do have a bath, run the water out slowly! Unless it's been fixed the downpipe can't cope with the volume of water so it overflows and makes such a noise that neighbours came out to find out what was going on! (Yes, we did let the agent know!)

Private access, spacious, homely with everything that you need for an extended stay.
Unfortunately parking sometimes was impossible without an extended walk, due to arrival time returning from work, after 6PM on 3 days of the week when the boxing club opposite has training sessions. To avoid this aim to get home before 6PM or wait until 9PM to be able to park near the property. If not for this inconvienience the ratings would hae been higher.
