Modern Central Large Studio Sleeps 4

The location is very good, it was quiet at night, despite it being a basement flat - we heard a little noise from upstairs but only for a very short time. It has a cool vibe and for the price it’s good

There was a smell of almost stale beer unfortunately when we arrived - that smell from the day after a party, it wasn’t the most pleasant. Also, unfortunately the sofa bed was really dirty - it needs a good hoovering and a clean. The mattress thing you put on had stains and crusting on it, and the bedding was mostly clean but did have some marking and didn’t smell very fresh. It meant I didn’t sleep very well. The double bed looked cleaner. There were cigarette butts outside the front door and the door itself would benefit from an additional lock, like a dead bolt so it feels a little safer.

Location was really central and close to Churchill square shopping centre and a short walk to the beach. Cool vibe to the flat.

No hot water for the shower, this really bugged me. Not many utensils or crockery in the kitchen. Quite warm but difficult to avoid in this weather, they did provide a fan.

The location - although very central it was quiet. Bed and sofa bed were comfy.

The tv needs setting up. I started this with connecting the Wi-Fi password but it asked for more. The property is fine for 2 for 1 night but could be small for longer/more people as no wardrobe or rail.

Location was ideal and the early check in.

There is a smell of damp in the place, its not great, other than that the place is fine
