- The owner was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive, she helped me out with anything I needed. - Check-in times were very flexible. - The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. - The room had a kitchen so I was able to cook. - There was a big common area in front of the rooms with a wonderful view to the sea. There were tables with chairs so I could sit any time I wanted and enjoy the view or eat my meal. - Location was convenient for me. I had a car so it was nice that the room was away from the crowds (I was there mid-August which is the high season) and right in the middle of the many beaches between Himarë and Saranda. - Good value for money.

- No option to pay with card (through Booking.com), cash only. - The shower didn't have a curtain or dedicated space within the bathroom, so the water would spill everywhere. - The room had a glass door with no curtain. It also had a window overlooking the common area with no curtain either. So it felt I didn't have enough privacy when other tenants would sit outside of the room in the common area, especially at night when the lights in the room were on. - The windows didn't have shutters or blackout curtains to block the light in the morning or provide privacy at night when the lights in the room were on. - There is parking available right outside the rooms. However, the parking places are one in front of the other. So if you were the last person to arrive, you had to move your car in the morning for the car in front of you to be able to leave. A couple of mornings, I was woken up by other tenants at 6am to move the car so they could leave.
