Location excellent, very close to the Stillorgan tram station and Sandyford Dunnes supermarket. There's a reception in the opposite building who were able to accept my packages. Modern intercom made food delivery easy. Beautiful stream of water right outside the windows. Two different blinds available, one for privacy, one for darkness. Kitchen has nice moodlight. Comfortable living room. Washing machine has built-in dryer. Heaters heat well, windows open well. Apartment is right beside the main door, and yet there's no noise of people coming and going. Mop & bucket available for the floor.

I found it distasteful that the coffee machine had a picture of a sad dog, telling the guest that if they're an "unhappy puppy" due to the lack of coffee capsules, they can purchase them on their website. Good hosts would provide a symbolic amount for the stay for free along with a respectful purchase option instead of making fun of the guest how their lack of care makes them unhappy. Marketing went awry. The small bathroom's shower hose was chained to the rail, which made it impossible to use it as intended. I had to change the shower head in the big bathroom, as the original head suppressed the water pressure. The boiler's max temperature had to be reduced in order to sustain hot water on demand, otherwise it ran out. One of the blinds were broken, and a living room lamp too. No scissors in the kitchen. Key was a bit complicated to find, as it was in another building, unclear on the map. Ground floor apartment necessitates keeping the privacy blinds down all the time.

Location is excellent. Property is well maintained (new build), modern and spacious.

The Water. The water pressure in the baths is low and hot water runs out, which takes a while to replace.

Location with respect to public transportation

The photos did not match the apartment. Windows did not have blinds to prevent people outside from seeing into the apartment. Apartment was not clean upon arrival.
