Woodward Square

- Sehr schöne, saubere, sichere und ruhige Lage direkt an der Luas Straßenbahn im reichen süden Dublins. - Üppige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss im Neubau-Wohnkomplex. - Für zwei Freunde massig Platz: Eigenes Bad und Schlafzimmer. Großer Wohnbereich mit Sofa, WLAN, TV, Küche, Waschmaschine etc. - Alles wirkt sehr neu und sauber. - Von der Austattung fehlt es an nichts - man könnte hier auch locker mehrere Wochen unterkommen. - Parkplätze gibts für Geld vor dem Wohnkomplex oder in der Tiefgarage. - Kleine Checkin Schwierigkeiten konnten schnell per Chat und Telefon geklärt werden = Schlüsselkasten ist etwas versteckt. - Auf dem Weg zur Bahn läuft man an Mugg Uggly vorbei, einem coolen & sehr freundlichen Kaffee-Spot der auch entspannte Plätze draußen bietet.

- Die Heizung scheint zentral gesteuert zu sein / wir konnten sie nicht manuell einstellen, weswegen es Abends schon sehr warm wurde.. hätte man sicher aber irgendwie klären können.

El apartamento muy funcional, completo y limpio

Deberían de avisar donde están los contenedores de basura, imposible localizarlos si no te dicen cómo encontrarlos. Por cierto, están en el garaje, dentro de una habitación, a la que se accede con la llave que abre el portal del apartamento.

The property was new, clean and fully furnished although somewhat spartan, it was done with some taste. The hosts were very responsive to all requests, big or small. Laura even arrived on a Sunday afternoon with a bottle opener! Locked key box was easy to find and easy to access and the hosts had described the location perfectly. It was easy to get in and out of the building. Parking was easy too with an App to open and close the secure gates. The tram "Luas" was a 3 minute walk away so the location was perfect. The coffee shop next to the Luas station of "Glen Cairne" is set in a garden and served very good coffee. Pub down the road "Leopards Inn" has great food and service and was just a 5 min drive away with plenty of parking and lots of friendly locals! The Woodward Square apartments are set right near a park so a nice neighbourhood with a feeling of safety and close but not too close to Dublin.

Location next to Luas station very convenient.

Apartment 33 was unfinished. Kitchen faucet was not hooked up properly and was not usable. Shower floor in master bedroom was so slick (fall hazard for older people) that we put down a towel to shower.
