Great location with easy access to central Angers. Garage was a big plus as was garden. Everything was clean and communication clear and to the point. Apartment is small but ingeniously designed. Video guides were great.
Video guide to cover opening garage door! Not an issue for us, but instructions in English perhaps. Add dimensions of garage pls...our car only just fitted inside with no room for us to pass either end. Would have been a bit of a disaster if it hadn't fitted as we selected property for this reason (expensive golf clubs in boot).

Le logement spacieux est très calme et bien chauffé (séjour en novembre). J'ai apprécié sa propreté et sa fonctionnalité Les propriétaires / gestionnaires du logement sont très disponibles et réactifs. Merci pour leur gentillesse.
Une photo plus lisible du code Wifi serait un plus. En automne ou en hiver, une couette plus chaude ou un plaid polaire posé sur le lit serait également un plus pour la frileuse que je suis :-).

Logement avec place de parking privée très pratique puisque toute la ville peut se visiter à pied. Bien situé, il suffit de remonter le Mail une dizaine de minutes et on est déjà en centre ville. Logement bien aménagé et équipé. La terrasse est un vrai plus
