Appartement bien décoré et agréable au centre du mouleau (petit quartier d'Arcachon près du Pyla). La climatisation est vraiment un plus compte tenue de l'inertie thermique de l'appartement. La literie est très agréable et de bonne facture
Bruyant le matin compte tenu des camions de livraison qui laissent tourner leurs moteurs le temps de leurs livraison (notamment pour le camions frigorifique). Un peu bruyant en journée au mois d'Aout et surtout impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres compte tenu de la chaleur (exposé Est / Ouest)

Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Climatisation tres appréciable et balcon filant un vrai plus.
Le service de conciergerie (mise à disponibilité d'une seule serviette de toilette par personne, propreté très approximative) et situation à l'étage 2 sans ascenseur.
