お風呂が広くて露天風呂もあった
アメニティが充実していた

スタッフの気遣いが素敵
足湯用の下駄と、竹かごにいれた足拭きタオルの貸し出しがあった。下駄でカッコいいと思った上に、竹かごが洒落ててとてもいい。
足湯の場所や所要時間を受付カウンターで詳しく教えてくれた
ホテル近辺や山口県内の観光パンフラットがたくさん並べてあった。見やすくて参考になって良い。
部屋が広くて品よく内装や調度品も素晴らしかった。洗面所にまた別のタオルがあったところがとてもよかった。
お風呂へ行くための手さげ籠、すごく素敵。
女性用大浴場のトイレがぐらぐらして壊れてないか心配。座ったときにぐらぐらしないように固定して欲しい。
宿泊した部屋には洗面所が二つあったが、片方は上の電気も切れているようだし、排水用の栓が抜けなかった(使った水が溜まったまま抜けず、そのまま退出になった。汚くてごめんなさい)
部屋にあるお風呂が扉を開けたとき一瞬かび臭かった。とても大きな湯船で素敵だったのに匂いがあってもったいない。
お土産店が朝10時にしまるのは残念だった。開いていたら長居もするしホテルから退出もしないとわかってはいるが、よってみたかった

新山口駅からバスで30分ほどでついた湯田温泉のバス停が当ホテルの玄関前というアクセスの良さ。観光客だけでなく地元の人にも結婚式などで愛されていると推定される品格を感じる。昼食にお勧めの近くのレストランをフロントスタッフが丁寧かつ的確に説明してくれた。
