Ubicación y limpieza. El colchón de la cama era muy cómodo.
La ducha da la sensación que resbala al mojarse. Está hecha un situ con baldosa cerámica y no me atrevo a usarla. Pero hay dos baños así que no hubo problemas. Falta algún toallero roto. La terraza no es tan grande como aparece en la foto pero es que en la foto parece grandísima, si tamaño es muy bueno. Pero en resumen ojalá me encontrara todos los pisos como este.

Die Lage, die Klimaanlage,Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die Entfernung zum Meer von ca. 1 km und die Nähe zu Valencia. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Check- In verlief relativ problemlos, auch wenn wir wegen der Stornierung unseres Fluges später ankamen, als geplant. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich. Fazit: für unseren Kurztrip absolut ok.
Die Lage direkt an der Haupstrasse und keinerlei Schallisolierung. Außerdem war die Küchenausstattung etwas mager, aber für unsere Zwecke hat es gereicht.

L’appartement est superbe. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres est la bienvenue. On est à 13 mn de la plage. Il y a même du matériel de plage à disposition. L’hôte a été très réactif quand nous lui avons demandé des poêles neuves. C’était très propre. La plage est très grande
