De locatie is fantastisch, aan het strand en de boulevard met leuke restaurantjes, bars en winkels. Een supermarkt om de hoek en op 20 minuten rijden van Valencia. Een prachtig uitzicht vanaf je balkon.
De aanwezigheid van een zwembad en andere faciliteiten.
Het appartement mist hier en daar wat. Denk aan een nachtlampje in 2 van de 3 slaapkamers, een haakje om je handdoeken aan op te hangen in de badkamers. Ook de keuken is beperkt voorzien van serviesgoed.
Het appartement is niet super schoon en ook niet echt goed schoon te houden. Je hebt geen stofzuiger, alleen een kleine bezem. Met het strand aan de overkant van de straat is dat wel wat beperkt.
Maar, het uitzicht maakt dit eigenlijk allemaal weer goed.
