It's a big, nice apartment with a very good location whether you want to go to the beach or just have a seaside walk. Many options to enjoy a cold drink in hot days. It suits about 7 persons and it's equipped with everything you need for (longer) stay. It has 2 balconies, both with sea view. Furniture is functional, a lot of storage space. Few recommendation to the host: - beds to be checked-up in a while, might need to tighten the nuts - add some more cutlery (i.e forks) - what is was really missing (if you stay over 3 days) is working vacuum cleaner! As written there is parking lot, shadowed in the basement of the building with very convenient access. Really a plus. You have to know that it's about 2m in height and spaces are a bit narrow. For Golf (or similar) it's ok, 3 series might be a challenge. and bigger ones you need more than excellent skills (when all are occupied you also might not park)

It's not really something really negative, but to be considered - for such big flat it's only one bath with WC (no parallel usage).

The location was excellent, however I collected the keys from an estate agent, which was a 10 minute walk away. When I arrived at the apartment the lock was faulty and I couldn't get in. An engineer did partially repair it very quickly and finished off the repair the following day.

The beds were too hard for me, it actually hurt my hips as I am a side sleeper. The faulty lock at the front door was an inconvenience, but in fairness it was repaired quickly and finished off the following day.
