Good location, had good amount of essentials
Sofa bed - I would suggest an air bed instead of- not very comfy needed to pad out with extra bedding. Would be useful to have some beanbags for additional seating in lounge to relax on. Shame back garden not cleared, wld have liked to sit out on the evening - even at front like neighbours to enjoy the view.

Very clean and very comfy bed. Everything you need for a base to sleep. Great because we have kids 6 and 9. So we need some space, and hotels it's not as good
We didn't use it because we only stopped one night, but garden didn't look too kid friendly and over grown.

Lovely large comfy bed. Very clean house with a dishwasher and washing machine. There was everything required for a very enjoyable stay in South Wales. Thank you for the lovely treat left for us.
The sofa was very hard and really uncomfortable to sit on. A couple more chairs in the lounge would be useful. Also a shower mat as the shower base was slippy.
