L'apartament està ben situat i és fàcil aparcar-hi el cotxe, ja que és zona blanca La piscina està molt bé.

L'apartament és molt vell i moltes coses estan en mal estat. El sisi per estendre la roba està trencar i les pinces estan seques. Els estris de cuina estan molt desordenars. Els fogons elèctrics van al revés i si no t'ho expliquen pots esperar molta estona per adonar-te'n. La pica de la cuina es va embussar des de l'inici. Vam fregar plats i l'aigua ja no marxava. És un apartament que té mobiliari molt antic.
