Zažil som mnoho podobných ubytovacích zariadení, ale máloktorá sa vyrovná tomuto ubytovaniu. Nachádza sa na piatom poschodí vo veľmi tichej lokalite.(Pre mňa mimoriadne dôležité). Postel veľká, pohodlná, čisté a priestranné. Zvlášť by som vyzdvyhol ubytovateľa, ktorý sa zaujímal o pohodlie, bola to príjemná zmena oproti iným podobným miestam. Zhrnul by som to tak že veľmi dobré bývanie za rozumnú cenu.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v krásnej novej štvrti Slnečnice, v okolí sú obchody a kaviarne, všade je čisto a bezpečne.
V apartmáne sa nenachádza klimatizácia, takže v horúcich dňoch je v izbe horúco. Je tam iba stropný a stolový ventilátor.
