KOPČIANKA Apartment & Free Parking

Everything was great. The apartment is new, modern, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it!

Nice, clean apartment, with quality-looking equipment and furniture. It has its own parking place which is really close, and it is clearly visible from the balcony. Fifth floor, so one can look quite far - which is much needed, as there is a huge construction site next to the building. The other neighbouring areas are nice and clean, and there is a playground too. The wifi speed is good. There is a smart TV that is large and crisp and connected, so YT, Netflix, etc. is available directly. The building is quite close to a railway station. Traffic noises were practically negligible with open windows, and nonexistent if closed.

There was no toilet paper holder in the toilet (!). The bed, while looking solid, creaked even from slight movements. There was only one bedside table. There was no air conditioning, which can be a problem for hot days, especially as the sun constantly shines through the windows. There was no shutter, only curtains (placeholders were there for possible future installation though). The cutlery was quite limited, not only in numbers but e.g. there weren't any longer knives, not even for cutting bread. The viewing distance is good, but there was a huge demolition/reconstruction area right next to the building, with all the accompanying noises. Closing all the windows mostly eliminates that noise, but then there is no ventilation. The tv box stuck in an endless booting sequence, but the capabilities of the smart tv were quite enough as is.

A perfect place for up to 4 persons. Quiet neighborhood and playground downstairs for children. Free parking. We love this place.

Apartmán bol čistý, útulný a dobre vybavený. Oceňujem bezproblémové vonkajšie parkovanie priamo pri objekte, pokojnú lokalitu a výbornú komunikáciu s majiteľom. Check-in prebehol jednoducho a všetko bolo pripravené podľa očakávaní. Určite odporúčam. 😊
