Basic but Pleasant!

Good location. Kitchen has a washer/dryer, full sized fridge, hob and oven meant we had everything we needed for a weeks stay, very clean and entry instructions were clear.

There is only one pillow provided per person, so not the most comfortable for sleeping, the hot water went off randomly which led to a cold shower.

Close proximity to everything, nicely equipped, easy access.

Plumbing needs a serious upgrade: my room was constantly smelling, the shower drained terribly and the noise coming from the pump in mine and the neighbouring rooms was hard to miss, especially late night/early morning.

Clean and modern but with some comments

Everything was clean, stylish and modern. Everything was working. Extra disposables like garbage bags, washing powders etc were provided. Good location.

The main and the strangest problem - the security detector light at night, on the ceiling. In the darkness, it feels like a strike of lightning. It was a bit "traumatic" for me (and I am not sensitive to light in everyday life). I woke up several times at night. In the end I decided to sleep with my scarf around head. Also the water system is not very comfortable, but technically, I did not had problems. And It would be nice to provide a least Some info in the flat - where to put garbage, is the cleaning available, etc. I was a bit afraid to do something wrong without any info.

Great value for money and stay

High quality accommodation, great location and very comfortable bed. It even had a coffee machine. Also very convenient check-in and check-out method and fast communication from the staff in case of any questions.

Convenient modern flat close to the city centre

Clean, comfortable, quiet studio. Ideal if you're out all day. Laundry machine.

The plumbing has issues in the building. We had to reset electrical and also clean up flooding on the floor at one point. Staff were responsive, but this was less than ideal and no compensation was offered.

Good location for short term stays

Location, ease of access, high quality of appliances.

Aircon unit did not function, big negative during this heat. The kitchen could benefit from a microwave. Air freshener too as the bathroom fan wasn’t very efficient. Couldn’t find if there were any spare clean towels. Needs another chair for the rather small kitchen table - would be hard to work remotely from there.

Excellent apartment!!!

Excellent location, the apartment meets all the requirements, a very good kitchen space, a good bed, and a living room that I could use as a work area. Communication was very fast and check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommended.

I wish it included a cleaning service, even if it is paid, during the stay, but it is not a major problem.

Location is good. The room was clean and has almost everything for comfortable stay. Very quiet in room.

Lack of a second bar chair in the kitchen and paper towels or napkins. Uncomfortable pillow without neck support.

Reasonable price, convenient location, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, very clean, quiet nights...moreover, the building is further away from the street, so less noise.... our group of 4 was very satisfied because we were together but at the same time we had our own private space. Thank you.

Everything was spotless, very well furnished and with all amenities you need for staying for a longer period of time. We enjoyed our stay there, and we totally recommend it!

2 times there were no hot, even warn water in the shower. The e-mail with data to enter the apartment did not reach me. Not so helpful ladies-administrators. Need to improve the communication with the Customers. And be more fast.

Огромное спасибо за такой шикарный номер, который оборудован, без приувеличения , всем что только может понадобится для комфортного проживания! Хозяин жилья - замечательный, ответственный человек, очень порядочный, быстро уладил небольшие возникшие нюансы, даже в нашу пользу, чтоб мы не чувствовали и малейшего дискомфорта. Das Apartment ist modern, sehr sauber und entspricht den gezeigten Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Easy Check-in und Check-out sowie Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, welche sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend war.

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Einzig eine kleine Leselampe/Tischlampe oder eine indirekte Lichtquelle würde für eine noch gemütlichere Atmosphäre sorgen. Aber ansonsten alles perfekt!

Die Lage war 1A und der Check-In hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Sichere Umgebung und ein Shop ums eck.

見た目もケーキのようなかわいい建物で、最高でした。

部屋も広く、家具も全て必要なものがそろっていました。清潔感があり、掃除をしてくれる人もいつも挨拶してくれました。ロケーションもよく、スーパーやバス停が近かったので便利でした。中心地まで歩くと20分ほどなので少し遠いと思うかもしれませんが、川沿いを歩くことができ毎日の楽しみでした。

よくなかった点はありません。２週間のやや長めの滞在だったので、掃除道具があるといいなと思うことがありました。フライパンと、硬いまな板があると料理がしやすかったです。また、後半の最後は向いの他の滞在者がうるさく、夜廊下を走る音が気になりました。ただ、このアパートとしては文句が一つもありません。

Все необходимые удобства в номере. Номер хорошо оснащен. Все в хорошем состоянии, новое. Удобно, что нет ни каких ключей, все по коду. Район также новый, застраивается и развивается.

Шумоизоляция и прибацанные соседи из 2 номера, которые дубасили в пол или в стену в 12 ночи. Когда постучал к ним в номер, никто не открыл и сразу затихли.
