The location of the appartment is fantastic. The views are amazing and Woolies is nearby for grocery shopping.
Queen Victoria market is at a walking distance and this is a bonus point.
The tram stations are at walking distance which makes the journy easier.
The air circulation system needs to be checked as there is a bad smell in the house because of that.
The ventilators in the rooms did not open at all making the house deficient of natural air.
The carpet rug in the living room needs to be cleaned. It has a lot of dirt marks on it.
The washbasin sink in the bathroom needs to be checked as it does not drain the water easily.
There was no plastic bags available for the trash and the guests need to make an arrangement on its own.

Location is perfect. Melbourne central was 5mins walk.
It was missing the tv remote and Wi-Fi access was not available as well.

I only like the location.
The property not that good with all the facilities, the heat pump not even working properly. The shower not even running properly. We very disappointed and don’t recommend.
