The building itself was great with the pool and spa, and rooms on the first floor for boardgames. The room was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but was still nice. Comfortable beds, a laundry machine + drier.

Was given the wrong pin code to get the keys. Host did not answer the emergency phone number given at all. I also messaged through booking.com multiple times, with no response. Not until half an hour later, host messaged me through booking.com with the first/incorrect code again, then shortly after with a second code that did work. The first night the cistern in the toilet didn't stay full, so was draining water the whole night and morning. I called them multiple times again, and again they did not answer. It was about midday when I randomly got a call from a plumber saying they were coming and could I please be at the apartment. Luckily I was nearby so I was able to return and let him in. Had I not been in the area...? Very poor communication.
