Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, so dass man gleich um die Ecke einkaufen und frühstücken kann. Es war sehr sauber. Duschgel, Shampoo, Gewürze - alles war da. Internet und AC funktionierten super. Zudem hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf Stadt und Berge und es war sehr ruhig sowie sicher. Die Kommunikation verlief gut und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Der Preis ist sehr gut. Die Lage auch. Keinen Kilometer zum Ala-Too-Platz. Beim Check in/out war man flexibel. Eine klare Empfehlung.Danke

Mitten in der Stadt sind Verkehr und Parkplätze ein Problem. Die meisten Parkplätze kosten 25com/h (8-20:00, WE frei) über eine App, kostenlose Plätze gehören meist zu Geschäften. Es hat dennoch geklappt und war nur am 1.Tag schwer. Die Plätze sind sehr begehrt. Die Cash-Zahlung über den Automaten (nur kirgisisch und russisch), funktionierte dank der Videoanleitung gut, war nur ungewohnt/unbekannt.

Отсутствие интернета. Кроме этого дом находится на закрытой территории. Открыть дверь во двор не представляется возможным, она всегда в не рабочем состоянии. Плохо работает кондиционер.

This apartment has great value for the price. About 15 minute walk away, with a variety of restaurants and grocery stores on the block (my favorite was Navat, if you are looking for a place to grab local food/drinks). This place is great for kids -- there is playground on the building premises and there is usually quite a few kids playing in it. The apartment has all the amenities working as expected. The hosts were great and timely in communication. The highlight was a stunning view of mountains right from your bedroom/kitchen windows.

The property was clean and well maintained

Bathroom lock was not working. Moreover shower was not working.
