2026 haben wir 2 mal Spilimbergo besucht, um die Schule der Mosicisti zu sehen. Ganz in der Nähe fanden wir dieses Haus. Ein putziges, kleines, aber höchst gemütliches, 2 geschossiges Häuschen. Unten, direkt von der Straße, Wohnraum und Küche. Über eine Stiege ins Obergeschoß mit Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und einem Bad. Alles komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Geräusch der direkt am Haus vorbeifahrenden Autos war anfangs ein wenig störend, doch in der Nacht ist kein Verkehr in dieser Seitenstraße und daher war es extrem still ! Hauseigenen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, unmittelbar daneben aber eine öffentliche Garage. Und ganz nahe, in der selben Straße, Parkplätze, gratis und zeitlich unbegrenzt. Wir hab meist leicht einen gefunden.

Appartamentino coccoloso e con tutti i comfort necessari ed anche di più. Pulizia impeccabile, posizione comodissima per spostamenti in luoghi da visitare e parcheggio gratuito proprio a lato della struttura. Privacy e silenzio e Sylvie (proprietaria) è di una gentilezza incredibile.

La casa è molto graziosa e completa di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Check in veloce e comodo, con tutte le informazioni ricevute via WA dalla proprietaria.
Tutto molto bene, forse un piccolo appunto sulla qualità della biancheria da letto fornita, ma è davvero un dettaglio.

C’è una sola piccola pecca, per ragioni di spazio in bagno il lavandino è davvero molto piccolo
