Tucán Villages Bacalar Lagoon Front

La visita es increíble, muy cómodo que tenga cocina, los dos baños completos son muy buenos para las 4 personas que fuimos y es cómodo que tiene el acceso a la laguna

Queda lejos del centro pero lo bueno es que tienen contactos para poder hacer pedidos

The communication was quick and responsive and friendly from the host Andrea and the other workers when we seen them. Having a translate app helped with this as they didn’t speak English. We appreciated the Bacalar travel guide and their recommendations for food, etc. We booked a 5 hour boat tour through Tucan Village which was amazing! Parking here was secure and right by our room. We loved the hammock and outdoor space to view the lagoon from our balcony. Walking distance to a restaurant was really good (part of the hotel)

The road noise is constant along a busy highway and the next door property has plenty of roosters that crow ALL through the night starting at 1:30AM till mid morning no joke. This is not Tucan Village’s fault. The beds were very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable too. Based on this, we wouldn’t stay here again. Although we didn’t use the kayaks, they were missing the back rest which would have made for a tired back I’m sure.
