The host was very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with and very concerned to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cleaning and change of towels and linen was offered at our convenience. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with everything a family might need. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two children, a home away from home! It is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, with room to store our bags and things. We had in hand everything we needed. It is located very close to the Borovets ski center, it was easy to walk there with the children, but not when carrying all our equipment (we used a car for that). Parking is offered for free but not on a designated spot (however we were able to find a spot every single day we stayed). Overall it was an excellent experience and a value for money booking.

If I have to bring up something, I would mention that I personally found the bed mattress stiff and a bit uncomfortable, but it is something that other people might like while sleeping. it was a small detail for me in an overall excellent and pleasant stay.

Прекрасен и удобен апартамент в Боровец Гардънс, снабден с всичко необходимо за кратък или дълъг престой. Комфортно обзаведен за 4 човека, има хубава кафемашина Делонги за еспресо кафе, пералня, микровълнова, тостер, котлони и скаричка за сандвичи. Отоплението е на климатици, които затоплят много бързо и поддържат нормална температура дори при много студено време навън. Има балконче с масичка и два стола. Разтегателният диван е голям и много удобен за спане. Домакините са помислили за всичко и са се постарали да осигурят дори чай, кафе и подправки. Препоръчвам апартамента на всички желаещи да посетят Боровец през зимата или през лятото. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново тук!
