    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had a wonderful stay at Neom’s Golden Gate, Aluva. From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly pleasant and comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Vishnu at the reception his hospitality was exceptional. He connected with us so warmly and ensured everything was handled smoothly. His approach truly defines what great hospitality should feel like. The property is very clean, neat, and well-maintained, especially considering the budget it’s absolutely worth it. The food menu is also excellent, offering tasty options at a very reasonable price. Overall, everything from service to cleanliness and food deserves a 10/10 rating. Because of this experience, we are definitely planning to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay in Aluva!

    There is no Kitchen, No Coffee Shop, No Staff at reception, No Intercom Telephone. At 4 pm, I got down to have some tea, but no one at reception, At the time of vacating the room (7 am) no one at reception, I simply left the key and vacated. They gave me the iron box, but there is no iron board. No tissue papers at toilet, only tea bags no milk sachets. No Coffee, only 2 tea bags, no refined sugar, only raw sugar.

    We had a best stay in golden gate..near to aluva mahadev temple. The front office guy is really helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained.

    I booked an Executive Triple room for three people -two audit and a child , but they only provided towel and other toileries for single person . Not even three pillows , then why its name Executive Triple ?
