Lovely rural location, high standard of furnishings, cleanliness etc within the property. Good information folder and in clear view. We didn’t need to hunt for it.
Very hot & stuffy in the mezzanine bedroom despite fan - owner is aware and tried their best to alleviate the issue. NB. We’re in a short heat wave so an issue generally. The bedroom on the main floor was fine. TV ( plasma?)screen was odd colour. One thing to note for those with mobility issues or owners of elderly dogs, the property is not ground level. Access is via exterior metal stairs.

Excellent location, my children enjoyed walking in the woods. Not too far from the centre of Welshpool where I was working and not too far away from activities for my family. The beds were very comfortable we all had a lovely nights sleep. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner etc...
