The garden is beautiful and has seating space. The apartment is well equipped and everything works. The shower temperature control is smooth. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Shops and restaurants nearby.
It was easy to get the keys but not at all easy to know how to use them and the keys didn't turn easily in one of the locks. until the owner appeared. On the map it is close to the station, but due to metro building works it is a long walk

Studio chez l'habitant. Bon rapport qualité prix. A 2km du Capitole, donc faisable à pied. Bus à 2mn et gare routière à 10mn. Le studio est calme avec petite terrasse et Jean Louis est très disponible et très arrangeant. Merci à lui. Je recommande.
Désolée de signaler que le studio n'est pas très clean, entre le micro onde et le frigo non nettoyé. Peut-être que le nettoyage est passé à la trappe. Et nous n'avons pas toutes les chaînes tv (mais pas de soucis en vacances). LA disponibilité de Jean Louis rattrape ces inconvénients !

Tout était parfait ! Studio très calme et agréable dedans et dehors ! Bien équipé. Gentillesse de l'hôte. On se sent bien dans le logement.
Il manque des volets à la fenêtre de la cuisine qui se trouve entre la salle de bain et la chambre... Puisqu'il il y a un vis à vis. Lavabo un peu petit.
