Poca pulizia. Il tappeto era un contenitore di sporcizia di chissà quanti altri ospiti. La metà delle lampade non funzionanti.

Apartment looks like photos and is large. High ceilings with lovely artwork. It's a kitchenette only, small refrigerator. There is no dishwasher/strainer to wash & air dry dishes. Lots of dishware, cups, etc A metal spiral staircase to the loft area where there are 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin), watch your heads if you're tall! Beds are very comfy. No doors for privacy, all open. Bathroom is lovely, 2 sinks, large walk in shower, water pressure is great. Plenty of hot water for multiple people to shower! Plenty of towels. Wifi seemed solid during our stay. One A/C & heater unit for whole apartment. Cools and heats very well. Two portable fans in loft. Location: down a side alley but still walkable to all the main sights, restaurants and shopping. Communication was always received and responded to quickly. I'm giving a high rating just because it really is lovely overall there were just a few things that would make a better impression. See below. I'd still recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Getting into the building: Frustrating! You need to call a # to ring the main door open. Walk up 30 stairs to the apartment (no elevator) and hope you can access the website used to retrieve the code for the keybox right next to the door! I couldn't get my 5G cell reception to work loading their website. Code is not given until 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. Pick the earliest arrival time possible! Here's another trick: screenshot the wifi code BEFORE arriving and log into the wifi from OUTSIDE the apartment door so you can actually retrieve the lockbox keys. It would have been so much easier if they just sent the code instead of logging into a website. Technology isn't always ones friend especially after a long day of travel and international cell coverage snafus. Mold in laundry room/adjoining shower wall. Reported to host. Smell was unpleasant toward end of our week. Noise: overall very quiet but upstairs neighbors bathroom or kitchen water pipes run behind the wall of main bed. You can hear them using, flushing, showering😂

Местоположение хорошее. Есть кондиционер, что в холодное время нас обогревал.

Было не совсем чисто на полу. Постельное бельё было меньшего размера, чем кровать , из-за этого было не удобно! Также в ванной комнате надо исправить душевой поддон, при определенном попадании воды , она вытекает на пол, что свидетельствует уже испорченные двери к стиральной машине. Также в сан узле надо бы придумать вытяжку....иначе всё долго сохнет и появляется грибок на потолке.
