The exterior area was too dirty to use. From the top of the stairs to the doorway was nasty. The seating area is under a deck attached to the house. The handrail, the stairs down, deck supporting structure, the light by the door, all were covered with cobwebs in which other gunk had been trapped. It was totally unusable for the WOW View.
