- We do not provide driveway parking however, feel free to use the driveway to load and unload. There is plenty of street parking available but if you cannot find any, please let us know and we will assists you.
- The deck attached to the suite is the provided outdoor space. The remainder of the backyard is not for guest use.
- No events, parties or large gatherings without hosts approval.
- Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours.
- Please report any damages that occur, we will try to fix as promptly as possible.
- Please do not put any coffee grounds down the sinks or toilet.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-No shoes inside the home.
- Only the number of registered guest are allowed to stay in the house which has a maximum of 4 occupants including children.
- Before you leave, please clean up your dishes or leave them in the dishwasher.
**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**
