The property is modern with hot tub, pizza oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

It was perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at the villa. It looks exactly like in the pictures and we also got to get the visits from animals😍. The host was perfect, easy to reach and didn’t take long to respond. The baboons broke the window and entered our villa. She made sure the window was fixed in no time and she kept on reassuring us throughout the process. The treatment from her was top.

Things were ok until the host texted me after checkout, accusing us of stealing a hand-wash bottle. She stated that she would be contacting Booking.com to charge me R1000.00 for this bottle. Even sent me pictures she supposedly took of the bathroom before we checked in. FORTUNATELY, we had taken walk-through videos when we arrived, before we had moved anything. Our videos showed that there was no hand-wash bottle in said bathroom. So had we not taken those videos (which I sometimes forget to do) then we would've been accused of and paid for something we don't know anything about. This obviously left a bitter taste, and a lot of assumptions. I also reported the situation to Booking.com and they haven't gotten back to me, so I'm assuming it's done, with no apology or explanation.
