Facilities and location to crocodile bridge
Various bushbuck and kudu came right to the house.
The pool was nice and had good braai facilities

The home is well located within Marloth park and I quite liked the layout of the house and outdoor living areas.
The home requires basic maintenance and did not represent value for money for the condition the home is in. The scullery plumbing is faulty. We struggled with hot water (gas heater).
