This apartment is a real find. You can walk to all the central tourist sites, which saves having to sit in the interminable UB traffic. I didn’t feel at all unsafe walking around the area. There is a supermarket in the mall opposite, and a 24/7 store in the building. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable and has a full kitchen so you don’t have to eat out for every meal. I loved it here, and I will certainly try to book again when I’m next in UB.
The building and apartment were extremely hot. (Most apartments are heated by the city, and not adjustable, and Mongolians seem to love being hot indoors.) I had the windows open most of the time.
