Хорошая квартира рядом с центром. Может разместиться большая группа. Понятное заселение. Владелец быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Удобные кровати. Рядом супермаркеты и большое количество ресторанов.

The location was good. Just diagonally across the e-mart. Walking to Sukhbaatar Square was easy and very doable. Host instruction on YouTube was exceptionally clear! Overall, it is good value for money.
The unit was, however, located at Level 2 without any lift access. So this is something to consider if you have old folks with walking difficulties and / or many luggages. The overall cleanliness of the unit is so-so. Shower facilities could be further upgraded.

Tôi thích tiện nghi và sự sạch sẽ của căn nhà. Căn nhà rộng rãi, được trang trí và chuẩn bị vật dụng cẩn thận, chu đáo. Vị trí căn hộ ngay gần trung tâm, và gần Emart, rất tiện lợi cho việc mua sắm.

予約が確定すると、動画のリンクやドアのパスワードを送っていただけます。建物の外観から始まり部屋への入り方、部屋内の説明をするとても分かりやすいものでしたので、迷わず入室できました。WhatsAppアプリでリンクを受け取ります。近くにEMARTという大きなスーパーがあり、フードコートもあって、十分モンゴルを堪能できます。eSIMも契約できます。宿泊料は現金をキッチンテーブルの上に置いておくと回収される方式です。お部屋はとにかく広く、5人家族で利用しましたが、子供3人は一人一台広いベッドで寝ることができました。Wi-Fiもあり、テレビも大きいです。洗濯機も洗剤も用意されてます。シャワー2箇所あり、洗濯室のシャワーは水量など文句のつけようがありませんでした。シャンプー、ボディソープもありました。 なお、トイレには紙は流せません。（モンゴルではこれが標準です）廊下の梁には懸垂バーもありました（！）オーナーとは対面することなくチェックインできますので、深夜チェックインも対応可能と思います。また、私たちは前日が空室だったため、アーリーチェックインにも快く応じていただき、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！
洗濯機はドラム式ですが、脱水まででしたので、乾燥までできると助かります。 マスターベッドルームのシャワーヘッドも洗濯室と同じものにしていただけるといいと思います。
