De accommodatie was modern, schoon en comfortabel. De locatie was uitstekend en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de faciliteiten waren goed verzorgd

Eigenlijk waren er geen noemenswaardige minpunten. Alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen en zorgde voor een aangenaam verblijf

I have stopped in this hotel previously and enjoy it thoroughly with a good location, generally staff were polite and chatty, good room size and bed if not the best pillows and pretty good WiFi.

For a “luxury” hotel the toilet seat was hanging off to one side which I had to repair myself, the shower head was hanging off the wall, the repairs which had been carried out were woefully inadequate and the shower itself fluctuated from scolding hot to freezing cold with only a small window of acceptable temperature! The room bed not made daily and no consumables were left in the room and twice I had to collect towels as room service hadn’t delivered them. Breakfast was never hot or even warm and the eggs were foul but the cold food was nice if a bit boring. A couple of members of staff were very rude something I don’t expect from anyone without good reason. The parking is poor for anything more than 10 cars or quads.

We stayed there for 7 nights, our room was cleaned once and that because we went to complain to the reception that the cleaning lady only came to take our towels but we didn’t get new ones instead and never cleaned the room since we arrived. Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom after 10 pm. We also came with some friends and they had the same problems at this facility. This hotel is pretty far from the beach, if you go by feet it’s about 30 mins walk. In the end there is a dog shelter or a breeder next to the hotel and you can hear their barking perfectly.
