The owner was polite and welcoming
Also the cleaning staff very nice ladies
They removed trash every day/ replacing clean towels when needed
The view of the apartment and the big balcony
There was hot water for the shower and the pressure was good
The apartment was not sufficiently clean, there were food sauce stains on the furniture and the walls
In the bathroom there were forgotten shampoo plastic covers and lots of dirty and dust on the window shelve in the shower
We also found knives and spoons dirty
It could have been better level of cleaning
I recommend they should change the bed mattresses are not comfortable at all and very old ones

We booked the appartement and call the young man, he picked us up and bring us to the nice simply clean room.
Because of hurricane Ianos we feel safe and hi texted us to make us calm. Very good and helpfull man
