Central Athens Resort 2

De host kwam me persoonlijk de sleutels brengen en legde uit hoe alles werkt. En alles werkt, is schoon, nieuw en fris. De ruimte is heel aangenaam en andere bewoners van het gebouw zijn vriendelijk. Bovendien pal naast een metrostation. Speciale shout out voor de koffietent direct naast het gebouw, die de derde keer al meteen wist hoe ik mijn koffie wil. Luxe: op de laatste dag kon ik tot 18 uur (!) blijven, omdat mijn vlucht heel laat was.

Het appartement ligt aan een zeer drukke rotonde. Maar een echt stil appartement in Athene bestaat natuurlijk niet.

Location was perfect 2 min walk from metro station and 3 stations from Monastiraki and 4 from Acropolis and Placa. In the surowding area you can find parking garage on 2 min walk (for 15€ per day), also there are a lot of restaurants, pastery shops and coffee bars. There is really nice roof top bar located on 3 min walk from the apartment at The Stanley Hotel with view of the Acropolis. The apartment was clean and spacious, nordic style furnished, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was nice. The person that was managing the apartment was super polite, we asked for extra bedsheets and covers, toiletries and he provided everything.

It is located right in front of a ring road and sometimes it can get a bit loud at night from circulating vehicles.

Très bonne qualité du matelas. Studio lumineux et spacieux. Climatisation très appréciable. Assez bien placé. Proche du métro. 20mn à pieds de la place Monastiraki Immeuble en cours de rénovation. Hôte sympathique et réactif. Pourrait être un peu mieux équipé au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine...

Pas de pare douche, du coup il y a de l'eau par terre après la douche... Très mauvaise insonorisation. Beaucoup de circulation nuit et jour. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. C'est vrai point négatif...
