Well organised, clean and tidy, best location, easy to access, very quiet area

Easy check in. Everything exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed.
WiFi kept disconnecting but worked when connected

Once I figured out the location, it was easy to get to places via public transit. It was quiet and peaceful.
The mattress was horrible - for price I paid, it should have been much better. The sheet was dull grey or beige and that made it look dirty. I hope the water in the kettle was reasonably fresh, no way to know. I found the TV remote too late to use it. I was given mis-matched rough towels, and no washcloth. Shower was hard to get in / out of.
