A lovely apartment in a central position

This is a beautifully designed and equipped apartment, right in the centre of Spoleto. We were greeted warmly by Alessandro, who helped us with our bags. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom - with rain shower - was exceptional.

We would have liked a kettle to make better tea - we’re English!!

Architectural sophisticated comfortable accommodation beyond expectation.

It was a lovely new architectural designed loft apartment. Spacious and had all modern amenities. Great shower and comfortable bed. Lovely little deck which was great for breakfast. Good to have a washing machine when you’ve been travelling for awhile. Alessandro was a courteous and generous host.

Light-filled modern luxury beneath historic beams and beauty!

This apartment is pure perfection and exceeds the images. As a designer, I appreciate its stunning renovation so thoughtfully created in every detail, I’d live in it! You can’t beat the location, terrace with views of Umbria, very comfortable bed, large, beautiful bathroom with enormous shower, super clean and light filled retreat, but Alessandro greeting us at the train station was above and beyond. He’s a highly thoughtful, responsive as needed and kind host, and the spacious, stunning apartment is sublime!

Beautiful, amazingly clean apartment! Wonderful host!

This apartment was beautiful and impeccably clean and the host was kind and responsive. Overall, a beautiful apartment!

This feedback is meant ONLY to inform, not to criticize. First - please note that the parking is exceptionally far away. There is a "moving walkway" but we found it challenging to drag our bags up these. This may have been clear in the listing, but we missed it if so! Second - the bathroom is IN the bedroom and has a clear wall to the shower. So if there is a 3rd person with you, they need to enter the bedroom to use it...and the other parties cannot be in there during showers. Again, just an FYI - otherwise, the bathroom is beautiful and clean and we LOVED the shower!! Third - there is currently a challenge with electricity and hot water. The host is aware of this and was VERY apologetic...but I think it's appropriate to mention. Power surges happen when very few things are in use (can't use heat and washer at the same time, for example). And the hot water runs out after one shower it seems. Again - the host is aware and actively working to address but I felt it was important to at least acknowledge.

Meraviglioso, nuovissimo e super confortevole appartamento a due passi dal Duomo

L’appartamento è bellissimo, ristrutturato e arredato con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Il letto è molto confortevole e non ci sono rumori esterni che disturbano il sonno, la stanza è dotata di un armadio capiente. Bagno spazioso, con bei sanitari e una doccia fantastica. Asciugamani morbidissimi e molto spazio per appoggiare cosmetici o altro. Terrazzino molto carino per colazione o cena durante la stagione estiva. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è la grande attenzione nei dettagli per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, ogni cosa è curata e pensata per il cliente, l’appartamento, il terrazzo e persino il locale che contiene la lavatrice sono pulitissimi, il bagno brilla. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato molto la estrema disponibilità dell’host che oltre ad averci accolto ci ha fornito dei consigli per il soggiorno a Spoleto e ci ha fatto trovare un regalo di benvenuto. Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo appartamento.

Allermooiste plekje van Spoleto

Het was een prachtig appartement. Heel modern ingericht en zelfs een zitje buiten . Heel sfeervol en gezellig . We voelden er ons thuis .zouden er zo kunnen wonen . Een van de mooiste verblijven die we ooit hebben gehad . ( en dat zijn er veel )

Deliziosa mansarda nel cuore di Spoleto

Una delle strutture più belle in cui ho alloggiato negli ultimi anni. Davvero spettacolare, dalla posizione super centrale all'arredamento rifinito nei minimi dettagli. Pulitissimo e confortevole. L'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario ha reso la permanenza ancora più speciale. Grazie per la graditissima bottiglia di vino Trebbiano Spoletino! Paola
