Il potenziale della casa che se organizzata meglio sarebbe una buona soluzione. Il biliardino.
Odore forte di muffa con alcune suppellettili (quadri) ammuffite, materiale accatastato dei proprietari, un solo asciugamano a testa nessuna protezione dalla luce mattutina se una veneziana posticcia che risulta più divertente che utile. Siamo vicini al mare e quindi probabilmente si tende a fare ciccia, con una sistemazione alla bell’e meglio giusto per affittare.

La casa è praticamente un museo di modernariato: oggetti molto interessanti ma poco spazio utile per gli ospiti. Stupendo il biliardino a disposizione. I gestori super gentili.
Purtroppo la soluzione è troppo umida: le finestre sono all'ingresso ma nella camere e nel bagno non ci sono. Questi ambienti sono praticamente interrati, per cui le pareti erano letteralmente bagnate così come il pavimento di cotto. Spiace perché si vede la cura che ci mettono e i proprietari sono super disponibili, se non fosse per loro infatti avrei messo un punteggio ancora più basso perché non credo che sia un ambiente salutare sinceramente per soggiornare.
