Private room on a shared apartament near Durres beach

Primero: el excelente trato personal dispensado por el matrimonio dueño de la casa donde rentè la habitaciòn. Segundo: la higiene y prolijidad de la residencia. Y tercero la seguridad de este alojamiento y su entorno.

No encuentro ningùn aspecto negativo.

Villetta con due stanze ubicata a circa 150 mt. dal mare, stanza molto PULITA ( e già questo è da 10), confortevole con servizi privati, in comune una ampia cucina per fare il caffè o da mangiare, un bel divano per chiacchierare, in ogni bagno c’è addirittura la lavatrice (che io ho usato per lavare costume e asciugamani al ritorno dalla spiaggia, esternamente tavoli e sedie per chi vuole fumare o prendere il caffè e uno spazio per stendere

Great location near the beach, shops, transport links, restaurants. Room was so quiet, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a fridge and a washing machine (we didn't use it though). The room is part of a seperate annex to the main house and there is also a washing line to hang out towels from the beach. The hosts provide you with slippers/sandals to wear inside the property so as to minimise sand in the rooms, so if youre not comfortable wearing shoes that others have worn, then maybe bring your own. The hosts are wonderfully friendly people. They love to chat and engage with their guests even though they speak no English, but technology of phones allows them to translate and communicate.

Zostaliśmy bardzo miło przyjęci na samym wejściu, a gospodarze okazali się cudownymi, niezwykle gościnnymi ludźmi. Ogromnym i przemiłym zaskoczeniem były pyszne owoce i warzywa prosto z ich własnego ogródka, którymi gospodarze nas bez przerwy częstowali. W całym obiekcie panuje cudowna, rodzinna atmosfera, dzięki której można poczuć się jak w domu. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto szuka prawdziwego odpoczynku i życzliwych ludzi!
