Beautifully Remodeled Second Floor Flat in River North with Private Rooftop - 2S

Location was great, really large clean apartment and great roof terrace.

Fabulous location. Lovely big apartment. Great for a family to stay with the options for beds. Kid's loved watching the train go by across the way. So useful having parking. Great to have 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Lovely equipped kitchen. Modern and updated look and feel. Great price.

Check in was really disappointing. Got off flight at 8pm after 12 hours of travel expecting to have received check in instructions earlier that day as promised in the booking confirmation and I had received nothing in my inbox. I had tired kids in the car and didn't know if we would be able to check in. I needed to provide so much last minute paperwork such as copies of ID etc. before they provided these details. I was close to just cancelling the booking and going to a hotel. Paperwork etc. should be asked for in advance of travel. Impossible to do without data, little kids to manage, bags etc. Had to use the drivers Chicago phone to communicate as I didn't have wifi. No proper blinds in the second bedroom (stops 3/4 from bottom of window) so no privacy from the street and wake when the sun comes up. :s - other than these 2 hiccups - really great place. Tough start to the trip but great overall.

Achei eles muito organizados, não tive problemas para entrar no apartamento. Quando cheguei lá não achei o secador que tinha na descrição, mas entrei em contato e no outro dia de manhã já tinham entregado. Super eficientes

The location is prime. Easily walked to both subway station and bus stops. The flat was clean and spacious. For our family of seven it was nice having room for everyone to spread out in after a day in the city. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper for 7 people. Beds were comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop. It was a perfect fit for our family. Thank you!

The bars of soap for washing hands were thin and did not last very long.
