Inside of property was clean and contained everything you needed for your stay. The site is excellent the bar and pool exceptional.
The outside of property needs attention first impressions were not great. Windows need cleaning and cobwebs removed.

Nice accommodation in a quiet area and a very convenient location for visiting the places nearby including Snowdonia. The property is well maintained and has good equipment. The staff from the park was extremely nice and helpful.
There is logically no WiFi because it’s a holiday home but there was no problem catching the internet using the 4G and 5G of the area.
