Sufficiente

Struttura pulitissima, chiaramente ristrutturata da poco (tapparelle automatiche, fornelli a induzione). Possibilità di cucinare, stoviglie e macchinetta per il caffè e the disponibili. Zona tranquilla

Il bagno è posizionato su 3 piani: wc al piano terra attiguo alla cucina-ingresso, lavandino al 1º piano direttamente nella camera, doccia ricavata da una nicchia sopraelevata vicina al lavandino (posta 4/5 gradini più in alto, sempre all’interno della camera). Chiaramente l’idea era di rendere gli spazi il più possibile sfruttabili, ma per questo si è sacrificata completamente la funzionalità e la comodità generale dei servizi e delle stanze. Non è opportuno entrare/uscire dalla doccia tramite una scala, rischiando di scivolare e farsi male; come non è appropriato un divano letto come letto principale ed una brandina sfondata da incastrare in cucina come 3º letto. Non c’è spazio per le valigie o per muoversi, se non per una persona (noi eravamo in 3), e i letti non erano nemmeno stati fatti con lenzuola e federe (abbiamo dovuto fare noi e ci veniva richiesto pure di disfarli al momento della partenza). Il quartiere è un po’ dismesso, con pochi luoghi dove mangiare e molto lontano dalla metro (serve necessariamente l’autobus). La proprietaria, per quanto molto cortese e dolce, parla solo francese, per cui ci si deve far capire a gesti, perché l’inglese non è contemplato, cosa assurda in ambito di turismo internazionale.

Super studio Paris

Nous somment venue pour assister à un concert à la défense, le studio est très bien situé et facile à trouver. Tout était super propre, il as juste un point que j'ai pu relever c'est que le sol était assez glissant au rdc et dans les escaliers. Sinon rien as dire le quartier est très calme on s'y sens en sécurité 👍 Le personnel as été très accueillant ! Je recommande fortement
