Lack of cleanliness killed all positive aspects - "excellent" reviews are grossly misleading (fake?)
Location, view, the TV and the other appliances.
The code sent was wrong - we spent more than than an hour trying to contact the host to obtain the correct one. Cleanliness needs dramatic improvement. Everything is only cleaned superficially - COCKROACHES in the kitchen counter. Extensive repairs are needed to: shower, blinds, toilet seat, AC unit.

Les cafards dans la pièce principale visibles le soir et la nuit ( déjà signalés dans le livre d’or de l’appartement), nous avons écourté le séjour pour partir à l’hôtel.Notre 2e nuit nous a été remboursée.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
La décoration, l’ameublement, le linge de maison, la cuisine équipée, enfin tout.
Le bip du parking ne fonctionne pas, nous ne pouvions pas entrer et sortir à notre guise. Nous avons dû faire appel à une personne de l’immeuble pour nous ouvrir. Par la suite nous avons fait une réparation de fortune. Et celui ci à fonctionné. Changer le bip pour les prochains locataires.

A fuir. Presence de cafards. Propriétaire etait au courant et n'a pas prévenu. Refus de remboursement, INDIGNE Les cafards sont dans l'appartement et pas seulement dans les communs. En plus de ca, logement non propre, poils, cheveux, poussières
