Terrible. No one available to contact in the evening when there was a big problem.

We booked two studios and they only gave us keys for one studio. They advertised 24/7 support but it was impossible to get hold of anyone. We had two numbers that we called repeatedly through the night and no one answered. We were two colleagues and one of us had to sleep on the sofa in the living area. The compensation they offered was insufficient for the stress caused.

Very good

We were very satisfied with our stay. There were four double bedrooms sharing a communal living room/kitchen which was quite well-equipped. Our room was quiet, comfortable with plenty of storage space and the air-conditioning was effective. We would highly recommend the Joyau de Belledonne for a budget stay virtually in the centre of Chambery.

Small points - would have been nice to have some coffee dosettes provided to be able to use the coffee machine provided in the kitchen and a hairdryer in the bedroom.

The property is very central. Close to the railway station, which makes traveling easier. Clean and new fureniture. No complaints further.

It would be nice to make more clear that the kitchen and living room is shared with others. Although it was ok it is nice to know that in advance.

La propreté laissait à désirer. L'intérieur de la douche est dégoutant. Les draps étaient tachés... La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas Le lave vaisselle n'était pas vidangé Pas d'eau chaude dans l'une des chambres Très bruyant : bruit de la rue et bruit des voisins

L’accueil était très désagréable, je ne sais pas qui est cette femme, mais en tout cas elle me donne pas envie de recommander le lieu ou encore d’y retourner. Et il y a également une difficulté à les joindre. Et au niveau de la propreté ça laisse à revoir.

l'établissement ne reflète pas les photos

la dame qui remet les clés n'est pas du tout ponctuelle et très désagréable c'est une colocation, ce qui n'est pas signalé dans l'annonce, et la chambre n'est pas isolée, donc pas moyen de dormir avec les bruits provenant de la pièce de vie du séjour sol de chambre sale, colonne de douche bouchée, la recherche d'eau du WC prend une heure drap pas propre, pas repassé, d'oreille très inconfortable je ne conseillerais pas cette chambre à quelqu'un cherchant un endroit calme, paisible et propre car c'est une chambre en colocation mal entretenue

Super séjour! Situé à 5 min à pied de la gare. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse pour 2 personnes, la salle de bain fonctionnel et propre. Je précise qu'on a sa chambre avec sa salle de bain + toilettes, seule la cuisine est commune. Tout est bien pensé pour passer un super séjour. Pleins d'ustensiles, casseroles, assiettes, cafetière... dans la cuisine pour se faire sa popote tranquillement. Nous avons vraiment aimé ce séjour avec ma petite soeur, merci! Nous reviendrons

Facilite d’accès, places de parking faciles à trouver.

Chambre minuscule pour deux. Toilettes et salle de bain séparés uniquement par une porte coulissante de la chambre: merci l’intimité, les odeurs et la buée…. Des murs aussi fins que du papier, on peut aisément profiter des ronflements des occupants des chambres d’à côté….
