Geschäftsreisende. Tür wird mit mit Zahlencode göffnet. Erhält man bei Anreise Rechtzeitig. Ordentliche Unterkunft. Zentral. Vermieter müsste besser erreichbar sein, falls es Probleme beim Check-In oder sonstige Fragen der Gäste gibt. Ansonsten sehr nett uns zuvorkommend. TX.

Goede locatie vooral door de goede verbinding met het centrum via het openbaar vervoer.
Het is echt ingericht om te overnachten. Alles is aanwezig maar super basic. Het is lastiger parkeren, wij hadden geluk dat er een plek vrijkwam in een straat waar je zonder beperking kon parkeren.

Die Wohnung war ebenerdig gut zu erreichen. Die Fenster waren gut lärmisoliert. Heizung hat gut funktioniert.
Fernseher war nicht funktionsbereit. Nicht alle Lampen waren funktionstüchtig.

Die Lage ist gleich bei Straßenbahn und Busstationen & die Wohnung an sich ist halbwegs akzeptabel. Es gab ein getrenntes Schlafzimmer sowie ein "Multifuktionszimmer" mit Bett, Essgarnitur und einer Küchenzeile.
Der Wohnungsschlüssel war in einem Schlüsselsafe, der in einem Innenhof hing. Man musste durch ein Wohnhaus zu diesem Innenhof. Um in das Wohnhaus zu kommen, musste ich einen Bewohner des Wohnhauses abpassen... Für die Finanzabteilung der Firma hätte ich eine Rechnung mit ein paar zusätzlich ausgewiesenen Details benötigt. Der Vermieter hat sich trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen leider nicht mehr gemeldet.
